Dr. Elisabeth Vogel

After completing my studies in Slavic studies and modern and contemporary history in Freiburg im Breisgau and St. Petersburg (Russian Federation), I worked as a project assistant at universities in Germany and Austria.
In 2007, I moved to business and human resources consulting as a research analyst for Executive Search. I learnt how to conduct structured, analytical searches in an internationally renowned consultancy where I was mainly responsible for high tech and telecom, services and real estate.
In specialized boutiques I was later responsible for the entire recruiting process from job postings and candidate interviews to hiring. Here, I acquired my expert knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry and closely accompanied candidates during the entire recruiting and onboarding process.
I learn from each search and remain intrigued by the diversity of branches, corporate cultures and positions. I deliver the best possible information to clients and candidates for their decisions. For me, it’s about the people – on both sides!
